After the recession faced by the United States of America, there have been job cuts all through the year. According to US’s labor department’s latest figures the unemployment rate in US during this October rose to 10.2% which is the highest rate after April 1983. Instead of president OBAMA’S job stimulus package being practiced to reduce the unemployment rate. The number of job cuts during November has come down compared to October.
